While on vacation at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, I went for a walk at sunrise. It was early October and South Forest Beach was deserted except for a few sea birds. The weather was perfect, and the sunrise…ah the sunrise!

Framing:

Craftsman style flat-panel plein air molding. Brilliant gold broken-leaf finish with black undertones. Framed under glass with a bevel-cut white mat.
